OUR PROCESS
1.Protect: We carefully protect all surrounding surfaces - including floors and furniture using waterproof floor coverings, drop sheets and plastic covers. Prior to ceiling spray painting we protect walls with plastic and ceiling lights with paper. Outlets, blinds or mirrors are removed prior to painting.
2.Prepare: We repair drywall if required, patch any deficiencies and nail holes. We sand required surfaces with dustless sanders. Trim is checked for cracks, nail holes and missing caulking.
3.Paint: We highly recommend using high quality paints especially in high trafficked areas and bathrooms. Whenever possible we spray paint trim for smooth finish.
4.Clean up & inspection: Once the painting is complete, we ensure a full clean up of the work area. Will perform a final walkthrough to carefully inspect the finished interior painting for quality and consistency.

Dustless Sanding - is completed using a Festool vacuum system paired with Festool or Mirka sanders. This setup minimizes airborne dust while delivering a perfectly prepared surface for painting.
