OUR FINE FINISH PROCESS:
PROTECTION & MASKING: we take every precaution to protect your home, using waterproof floor coverings, plastic protection for furniture, and masking of all areas exposed to potential overspray.
SURFACE PREP: we repair any surface deficiencies using wood filler or Bondo glazing putty, designed to fill small imperfections such as pinholes, scratches, and minor dents.
DUSTLESS SANDING: is completed using a Festool vacuum system paired with Festool or Mirka sanders. This setup minimizes airborne dust while delivering a perfectly prepared surface for spray painting.
SPRAY APPLICATION: before spray application, all surfaces are vacuumed and cleaned with tack cloth to achieve a perfectly dust-free surface.
For larger projects, we install a fully ventilated spray booth, ensuring no dust or fumes affect the rest your home.
Our process includes two coats of primer and a final coat of Italian industrial coating, tailored uniquely to the specific area.
FINAL INSPECTION & TOUCH UPS: upon completion of spray painting process we carry out a cleanup of the workspace, followed by a final walkthrough to ensure every surface meets our high standards for quality, consistency and finish.
